2009 Exercise Log

October: 1045 minutes of cardio over 23 days, weightlifting on 3 days, 5 miles walking on 1 day; I spent the whole month driving to and from work 4 hours a day, at night I was eating Cheetos and Doritos the whole way in order to stay awake. Sure, it is a lame excuse, but what can you expect from a f*cking addict?? I gained 8 lbs, and it is a miracle that I did not gain 30. 270.2 lbs (262.4-270.2=gain of 7.8 lbs) November will be better. After all, it is not as if I am going to be eating a ton of food during Thanksgiving... To all the haters out there, go F yourselves. I am not going to blimp back up. I am going into overdrive now. You have all pissed me off for the last time. Fat People Suck.

September: 910 minutes of cardio machines over 20 days; weightlifting on 9 days; 91 miles bicycling on 8 days; 5 miles walking on 3 days. 262.4 lbs (264.2-262.4= loss of 1.8 lbs lbs) Getting in shape and staying in shape is hard work. It is easy to backslide and become a worthless fat slob.

August: 1290 minutes of cardio machines (elliptical mostly) on 25 days this month; 11 miles walking over 5 days; 58.5 miles bicycling over 12 days; weightlifting on 8 days, and played basketball at the park on 1 day. Most of the bicycling and walking at the park was with my family!!! 264.2 lbs (266.8-264.2= Loss of 2.6 lbs) This month was mostly about getting back in shape. By neglecting cardio over the past couple of months, my lung power was down to zero and my ability to exercise was nil. It was painful just to do half the cardio that I was used to. It is all a matter of habits, and creating positive habits is just a matter of doing the same positive things every day.

July: 230 minutes of cardio, 5 workouts with weights; 266.8 lbs (245.6-266.8= Gain of 21.2 lbs) This month was tragic!! I had gotten a temp job where I was working 60 hours a week sitting at a table reading documents and eating all day long. I got the flu at the end of June, and hardly went to the gym at all. I was sick, I was tired, I was not getting enough sleep, and I was eating to compensate for all that and the stress and anxiety. It was spiraling out of control, and I knew that the key was to get back to my routine, the habits that have worked in the past. That is where I am now. Trying to get back to where I was...

June: 450 minutes of cardio, basketball, 4 workouts with weights, 245.6 lbs (247.4-245.6= loss of 1.8 lbs)

May: 2280 minutes of cardio; 7 workouts with weights; 1 bike ride; 5 Ab workouts; 247.4 lbs (254.8-247.4= loss of 7.4 lbs)

April: 2110 min of cardio, 13 workouts with weights, 9 bike rides, 254.8 lbs (274.8-254.8= loss of 20 lbs)

March: 720 min of Cardio, 14 workouts weights, 274.8 lbs (277.8-274.8=loss of 3 lbs)

February: 1020 min of Cardio, 9 workouts with weights, 277.8 lbs (283.4-277.8=loss of 5.6 lbs)

January: 690 minutes of Cardio, 18 workouts with weights, weight 283.4 lbs (301.4-283.4=loss of 18 lbs)

Man The Harpoons

In a few days the old Fat Loss Blog will be back. I have been busy editing out all the cry-baby stuff, the whining, the complaining, the self-pity, the tragic stories, misplaced love, misadventures, and the fat acceptance girls.
Now all that is left is the sheer unadulterated hatred of fatness and obesity. The burning fire of anger for all things fat and sticky. Strictly for people who do not want to accept being obese. No fat acceptance, no love, no pity, no sympathy for fat loss failures and gutless wimps. Just a fistful of cold hard steel in your face ripping out your fat guts to motivate you to lose weight. Burn In Hell Fatties.

Bodybuilding.com

I have ordered from Bodybuilding.com a few times, and they usually have the best deals on protein powders and similar items. I also have gotten their cinch bags and plastic shaker cups, and they are very good quality. The only time I have ever found similar deals is when Vitamin Shoppe has a 50% off sale, and those only happen during their annual anniversary sale. GNC is usually a lot more expensive. I usually only go to GNC stores when I am walking by one at a mall. They can have some good deals on merchandise that is on clearance. But in terms of having great prices every day of the week, I don't think anybody can beat Bodybuilding.com. Perhaps the best part of bodybuilding.com is their great website with lots of free information, articles, forums, and lots more!!

Just last week, I placed my largest order ever. I love drinking protein shakes because if you mix the protein powder with water, they have very few carbs and I think it is compatible with the Atkins Diet if you pick a protein powder that has low carbs. I also found some low carb protein bars! Everything that I ordered cost less through Bodybuilding.com than if I had bought it at Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, or any other local store that I have access to. The shipping was free because my order was over $75.00 and I also got some free extras like a t-shirt and a shaker bottle. It was a no-brainer to order from this company!
